1 day workshop extensively exploring a Traditional East Asian Medicine approach to Tongue Diagnosis
Due to overwhelming practitioner feedback, there will be a special event exploring a wide range of aspects relating to the tongue and tongue diagnosis
This event will be from a traditional East Asian medicine perspective and will explain how accurate tongue diagnosis can widen treatment options, increase treatment success and create a more individualised client treatment plan
This event will cover:
- The tongue from a TEAM perspective
- Inspection of the tongue- shape, size, colour, texture and coating
- Identification of patterns
- Useful body acupuncture points and treatment prescriptions
- Suggested dietary changes and recommendations
It is a practice-focused event with numerous practical sessions and demonstrations. The aim of this event is not to cover extensive theory but to enable the practitioner to leave with a range of skills they can put immediately into practice in their own clinic.
Who can attend this event?
ALL qualified therapists/final year students who have their own liability insurance are welcome to attend this event- Please contact your insurance provider PRIOR to booking a place to check if this a therapy you can add to your policy. (A previous qualification in acupuncture is necessary to benefit from the knowledge shared at this event- it is not designed for those without any knowledge of body acupuncture)
